The core purpose of the job:
Create engaging content for the CLMC’s social media platforms in line with the company ethos. Design and implement a mailing list for customers.
Responsible to: Facilities Manager
The CLMC is looking to hire an Apprentice Content Creator to help advertise, promote, and deliver engaging content across the company’s social media platforms. This role involves assisting the Facilities Manager in enhancing the companies social media presence by producing high-quality content that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Working schedule:
The ideal candidate should be flexible with their working hours. The work schedule includes remote work, but may also require occasional midweek shifts, typically from Monday to Friday, between 4:30 pm and 10:00 pm, as well as weekend hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please note that the schedule may be adjusted based on the needs of customers and CLMC client organisations.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Creating entertaining, engaging, and promotional content for various social media platforms.
- Always uphold professional standards whilst representing The CLMC.
- Establishing a personal connection with customers while creating, producing, and sharing content.
- Interact with audiences through social media, driving conversations and drawing leads
- Create marketing materials that inform readers about available slots and promote them to potential customers.
- Ensure that the provided handset is used exclusively for CLMC work purposes and in a professional manner.
- Be present at the site during operational hours to capture live content as needed.
- To comply with the CLMC Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policy of client companies, as well as their procedures and guidelines.
