As an Events Assistant you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team with strong cultural values. They aim to provide you with a broad experience in how live shows and experiences are technically created and delivered
You will work primarily within their Production and Hire department.
As an Events Assistant, you will learn and work directly in the following areas:
- Gather facts and collate information from incoming production and hire enquiries
- Raise quotes
- Arrange sub hires, crew, couriers and event trucking when necessary, raising purchase orders
- Contribute to weekly and any ad-hoc meetings
Desired skills required: Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office
